The Dinkaling certification system is a comprehensive skill assessment program that tests both theoretical knowledge and practical pickleball skills across 10 progressive ranks, from beginner to elite master level.
Use your current DUPR rating as a guide. Beginners should start with Mizunoto (Rank 1), while more experienced players can assess their skills against the specific requirements of each rank.
You'll receive feedback on areas needing improvement and can retest after the specified waiting period (typically 2 weeks for lower ranks, longer for higher levels).
Dinkaling certifications are recognized within our community and by certified testers. We work with tournament directors and coaches to ensure broad recognition.
While possible for highly skilled players, we recommend progressing through ranks sequentially to ensure solid foundation development for long-term success.
Retest waiting periods vary by rank: 2 weeks for Ranks 1-3, 1 month for Ranks 4-6, and 3 months for Ranks 7-10.
